鶏皮が総カロリーの半分を占めるのでとりあえず剥ぐ
タンパク質の塊となった胸肉、適当に切れ目を入れて軽く味塩コショウとバジル（生姜醤油も美味い）
それをアルミホイルで二重にくるむ
百均にある小型の網をコンロの上に載せて焼くor魚焼きのグリルの中で焼く
いい具合になるまで蒸しつつ焼く
ホクホクなところを切り分けてレモン汁かければウマウマ

簡単だしお試しあれ
コツはアルミホイルに小さな穴を何個か開けて完全な蒸し焼きにしないこと
焼き過ぎると硬くなるからね
